Towne Lake

The big master-planned area west of downtown, with lots of subdivisions, amenities, and family inventory across price points. If you want pools, sidewalks, and plenty of options, start here.

Eagle Watch

An established golf community with a strong sense of identity, mature trees, and amenities. Popular with families who want a settled, traditional-neighborhood feel.

Bradshaw Farm & Deer Run

Well-regarded swim/tennis communities that have been family favorites for years — a good balance of space, amenities, and value.

Downtown-adjacent

For families who prioritize walkability — being able to stroll to dinner, the park, and events — newer townhomes and cottages near downtown deliver, usually at a premium.
